The Third Leg is as important as the prior two mentioned is the Municipality Power Grid, can it support the additional kilowatts needed to keep the electrical vehicles charged and perform as a reliable energy source in the renewable energy industry? As the Electric Vehicle Industry expands, the EV Battery and EV Charging Equipment Manufactures work hard to stay in step with expansion. 

The Fourth and Final Leg is what I confess to being the most important leg in the construction of the TABLE....
